Born and raised in Luxembourg, with Danish, French, Italian, Polish and German roots, I realized in my late twenties that home is wherever I am. It is not a place, nor a country. Home is within me. As a Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master, I have been supporting individuals since 2020. Through personalized plans and a wide array of tools and practices, I’m here to cheerlead, guide, and mentor anyone who is ready to dive into the journey of aligning body, mind, energy, heart, and soul✨

My Offerings
Yoga
Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word “yuj” which means “to join together.” Simply put, Yoga means “union”. The union between the individual soul (Jeevatma) and the universal soul (Paramatma).
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing: “rei” meaning universal, and “ki” meaning life energy. Reiki is a holistic therapy that activates the body's self-healing powers and promotes relaxation for body, mind, and soul.
Coaching
The word “holistic” is rooted in the ancient Greek word “holos” (ὅλος), meaning “whole” or “all”. My job is to support you on your transformative journey towards self-discovery and personal growth.
